InvestorExpress™: Lydian's electronic delivery platform is the premier offering available through Lydian's Business Connectivity Services Suite. This technology solution extracts data directly from the lender's loan origination system, transforms the data into an investor's preferred electronic loan delivery format, and securely transmits the information to one or more secondary market investors including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. InvestorExpress also provides electronic submission of imaged loan documents in the investor's specified indexing or "stacking" order. Adding Lydian's fulfillment or quality control auditing services provides the assurance that data and documents are in agreement.

InvestorExpress™ is a packaged solution that makes submitting loans to investors such as Countrywide, GMAC, Wells Fargo, Citi, and many more as simple as a few easy clicks. By leveraging Lydian's award-winning Mortgage Connectivity Hub, InvestorExpress™ enables lenders to submit loans directly from their loan origination systems, so there are no new files to compile and no data to sort. Data integrity is maintained and the time commitment in submitting loans is minimized. InvestorExpress seamlessly extracts all the necessary data from the lender's loan origination system, securely transmits the data to the Lydian Exchange Network, immediately transitions the data into the investor's preferred electronic loan delivery format — matching the investor's requested specifications for data — and securely transmits the data to the appropriate investor in their prescribed format.
Because file and document transfer is electronic, InvestorExpress™ slashes the amount of time spent on funding and post-closing processes, and drastically reduces costs for buyers and sellers. For lenders that have already scanned their loan files or utilize one of Lydian's imaging and document collaboration vendor partners, InvestorExpress can electronically receive the image file and pair it with the data file and securely transmit them to the Lydian Exchange Network, where the image will be received and classified.

Data integrity is maintained, regardless of the lender's storage method. Lydian can also receive paper loan files and process them through our expert imaging and classification systems where images will then be joined with the electronic data file for delivery to secondary market investors in the electronic stacking order required by the investor.
InvestorExpress™ can be used in conjunction with Lydian's other services that further enhance the seller to buyer process, such as quality control and post-closing services. Loans that have been rigorously assessed through Lydian's quality control and post-closing validation process take less time to fund and have a higher first-time purchase ratio because the investor is given a certification that the loans are of investor quality and that discrepancies between data and documents have been identified and fixed. By implementing these services, both lender and investor benefit. Investors don't have to spend as much time cross checking for data integrity and lenders can often use that benefit to negotiate better pricing for their loans and have the peace of mind knowing that they have greatly reduced the risk of a “buy-back”.
